Hi, I'm Ed, the face behind DCS! 

I started DCS in 2023 as a way to diversify our family dairy farm in the South Hams, Devon. With my workshop set up in a barn on the farm, I cut my orders around my farming commitments and feel very lucky that I can do both.

I've always enjoyed working with metal and have been able to apply my practical skill set to create a series of functional and decorative pieces suitable for a range of environments. 

From bespoke commissions to the more straight-forward signage, I take a great deal of pride in my work, and collaborate with my customers to make sure all expectations are met. 

Using a plasma cutting table and graphic design software, I can offer different finishes according to taste and purpose.
